Residents in affected areas should stay alert to news coverage and health warnings related to smoke. Check air quality at fire.airnow.gov and take steps to protect your health from smoke. Learn how at www.baaqmd.gov/wildfiresafety. Pollution levels are not expected to exceed the national 24-hour health standard. A Spare the Air Alert is not in effect.

Amelia Timbers
Amelia Timbers is an environmental planner who brings extensive experience in the management of complex environmental projects, programs, and initiatives. Amelia is a subject matter expert in energy policy, GHG reductions, transportation, climate adaptation and resilience, and air quality. She has a track record of successfully facilitating sustainability adoption and GHG reductions in the private and public sectors. She holds a JD / MBA from Northeastern University and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.
